We wish to appoint a resilient, confident and consistent individual to our Pastoral Team. This role will lead a team of Pastoral Support Officers providing strategic direction and oversight of pastoral care provision. The postholder will have a strong leadership dimension, managing, mentoring, and developing the team to ensure consistent and effective support for students. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, alongside experience of safeguarding work in a school context.

Chief Exam Invigilator

We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and confident Chief Exam Invigilator to lead and manage our exam invigilator team. This is a key role ensuring that all examinations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations.

This role is not only crucial to the smooth and efficient running of the exam process but also to our students achieving their best possible performance.

The post holder will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. They must also be able to communicate effectively with both candidates and other members of staff, whilst maintaining examination integrity. They will be flexible and lead with confidence.

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, suitable qualified teaching assistants with secondary experience to support students in the classroom environment in key Stages 3 and 4.

Working as part of an experienced teaching assistant team dedicated to enhancing the development and education of our students, the young people you will be working with have additional needs and require support in order to reach their full potential.

Exam Invigilator

£12.75 p/h
Excellent opportunity for a part-time flexible role to support the school various times during the year.

There are approximately 16 weeks during the academic year, during which Seasonal Examination Invigilators and Assistants are required. As well as invigilating external exams, we support our students in their preparation for exams by also having invigilators in some of the internal exams.

These roles are crucial to the smooth and efficient running of the exam process and to our students achieving their best possible performance.

The post holder will have a calm and professional manner and must also be able to communicate effectively with both candidates and other members of staff, whilst maintaining examination integrity. They will be flexible and a good team player.

Sessions usually start at 8.30am or 12.30pm and can be up to 3 hours each. Sessions are offered based on your availability.
