Congratulations on being awarded a place at Bishops’
for September 2020.

You are joining us at a very exciting time in our school’s history as we build on the successes of the past and continue to improve and grow as a community. At Bishops’ we pride ourselves on Knowing, Nurturing and Inspiring your child in all aspects of their school life. We were pleased that our recent Ofsted visit identified this as a strength of our school saying;

“Staff across the school have high expectations of pupils. They expect every pupil to try their best. Pupils take pride in their work.”

As your child begins their journey with us, we are here to support you, and them as you make that transition from primary to secondary school. We hope you will find lots of helpful information here on our website.

I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your child and yourselves into the Bishops’ family.

Response to Covid-19

Due to the current situation it is unlikely that our planned events listed below will be able to take place in the usual way. We will continue to be in touch with parents of new Year 7 students over the next few months and will ensure that, come September, we give your child plenty of opportunities to get to settle in to secondary school.
